‼️ STEREO / DOLBY ATMOS ‼️ I'm mixing engineer, producer and guitarist with 27,000,000+ streams ▶️. Many times in TOP10 in our Slovakia radiolist. The style of the music is very important to the final sound but l like a full and wide sound. You too? Contact me and let's do it!
I am a professional and experienced mix engineer located in Bratislava. In my 12-year career, I worked with leading artists in our country as a producer, recording engineer, mix engineer, mastering engineer. Every year I work on many songs and I try to give a piece of myself to each one.
I specialize in guitar genres such as rock, metal, pop-rock and, last but not least, country. For a better understanding, you can send me a reference song so that I know what kind of sound you like.
In addition to stereo mix, I can also mix your tracks in the increasingly popular Dolby Atmos format. Whether from your stems or from scratch (which I recommend). Delivered in a format suitable for streaming platforms as well as in Dolby WAV.
Check my examples of my mixes on the right side.
I also offer editing services such as drum quantization, vocal tuning, etc.
I will be more than happy to help your track either with mix, production, as a guitarist, or with my drum programming, which I do in great depth and detail (delivered either in MIDI or rendered audio along with raw sound design, using my libraries).
For Mixing, I use Cubase 13 Pro. You can send Cubase Session and I can open them. I mix pretty much in the box. It's very comfortable for me. Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding your project. I look forward to working with you!

Interview with Ľubomír Mazák
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I am really proud of every project I work on. Every project = my project.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: On great music!
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: What was the last thing you did? Answer: On great music. A list of clients really shouldn't be a springboard to start working with someone.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Not yet.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: As I said above. If someone gives me the option to mix on the console, I will still choose in the box. For me, it is comfortable, stable and easier to recall.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will always do my best.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The exciting feeling of working on something that will stay here forever
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: What I like, you like. NO!
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What is the goal of the work? I mean the idea of the sound, the idea of where the song will take me.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Choose according to your own preferences.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: MacBook, Slate VSX, Guitar, UAD Apollo, UAD sphere mic
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Long story short. From a children's room to a large studios thanks to hard work, commitment and ambition.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I don’t know. I like full bass, a balanced mix, great sounding drums and efficiency at work.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I try to have a friendly relationship with everyone. But I've been working with some bands for so long that I feel like a member of the band.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Be creative. Always.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Just about every guitar genre like rock, metal, country, pop….
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I really don't like to write about myself. Let my work speak for me. Haha.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I try to put a piece of myself into every song. I like to mix with emotion so that the vibrations of the mix bring the necessary energy to the song.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Always listen to the client's idea at the beginning. Perhaps in the form of references, but also in the form of an interview. Afterwards, fit into the mood and just let the thoughts flow and be creative. That's all.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My setup is very simple. Very much in the box. But I also have some outboard gear in the form of preamps, guitar machines and the like. If someone gives me the option to mix on the console, I'll probably choose in the box anyway. I feel comfortable in it.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: There are an insane amount of talented people in this world. I am very inspired by hardworking and talented people. I probably won't name. Haha.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most often it is the mix and production. But many times it is also an edit within the mix in order to achieve the desired result.
I was the producer (no number 2, it's cover), mixing and mastering engineer in this production
