Fast response, quick delivery, incredible vocal talent and matched the vibe of the song perfectly. Was patient with me as I requested to hear another melody variation. His engineer also mixed the vocals flawlessly. Perfect if you are looking for trendy RnB/Pop vocals at an affordable price.

I've had the pleasure of working with Tae on dozens of studio sessions that I have directed, in person and remotely for final production tracks. I even trust Tae to get the sound and performance I need undirected. He's a great talent with a mammoth musical IQ. Tae always brings top tier quality to each album I hire him for.
Tae Brooks created my intro/outro jingle for my YouTube channel http://youtube.com/lamarrwilson back in 2013, and to date it is the singular most popular thing on my channel that people come back to hear and feel happy with. It is something I will use for years to come.
Interview with Tae Brooks
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Either. Not a diehard either way. I've heard great songs done both ways. to me the equipment isn't the most important part. It's how you use it.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I don't make promises. I also try not to take on projects outside of what I know I can do.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That it's easy or not worth a certain dollar amount.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I usually just listen to what they send and ask enough questions to get a feel for what they are wanting. And I try not to take projects I don't think I'd be good on.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Not really a gear head. I'd already have my vocals with me, so probably something to play music on and to record ideas on.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Versatile
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Not a producer but I would just say to make sure you have the right vocal tone and key for the project.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Give me the most detailed description of what you want. The more I know the better I can do on your project.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been singing since I was 10, so 11 years now. I did years of covers along with original music. I am currently growing and figuring out what the next stage of my career will look like.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, urban, hip hop. I can also do ballads
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: My EP and demos for others
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Making an idea become a reality.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Versatility. I did covers weekly for over a year and I learned to be super versatile.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I try to make sure I'm using the right voice for each song. Every song deserves a voice or vocal tone that makes it stand out.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Once a client notifies me about a project I make sure I'm clear on what they are looking for. If I have questions, I ask, otherwise we get started. Usually I can schedule a session that day or the next day. If longer, I'd let the client know. Changes will be made on the same time frame.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: We have a personal studio so I have access daily. My brother is a producer/engineer and will be running my sessions. We produce high quality projects so I can guarantee the quality will be there. He's also great at vocal comping etc.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Bazzi, Post Malone
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Demos, top liners and co-writing are my specialty.
