DeLaVanta "D-Hydrate" Tabor (born February 11, 1989), affectionately known as Hydrate, is a musician, composer, record producer, and audio engineer (Music & Post). Born and raised in the outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia, at the age of 2 1/2 D-Hydrate started his musical journey. Taught by his father, his first instrument was the drums. Thereafter, before the age of 16, other instruments he learned how to play consisted of the keyboard, the organ, saxophone, and flute. At the age of 14, he started writing, recording, and performing. He lives by the motto “Music Isn’t A Hobby….It’s Life!”
D-Hydrate graduated from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida receiving an Associate of Science in Recording Arts in September of 2008 and with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business in June of 2009.
In October of 2009, D-Hydrate founded Hydrate Entertainment, which provides music and post production services.
