Studio City Sound on SoundBetter

Studio City Sound is a full service recording studio located in Studio City, California. SCS has hosted recording or mixing sessions for artists such as: Meghan Trainor, Kelly Clarkson, Jason Derulo, Rod Stewart, No Doubt, T.I., Aloe Blacc, Eric Clapton, Natasha Bedingfield, Weezer, Jeff Beck, and more.

SCS has three fully equipped studios:

Studio A features a custom, vintage, classic Neve 8068 MkII. 32 in 16 bus. With UREI 1176's, Distressors, ADL, and Chandler EMI Compressors. Inward Connections, Ampex, Altec, A.E.A., mic pre's, EQ's and 32in/48out of Avid HDX I/O conversion. A large recording room with private lounge and 3 iso rooms. A Yamaha C5 piano, Fender Rhodes, Hammond B3 and DW drum kit. Quested VS 3108 monitors and Yamaha NS-10's with Aviom personal monitor mixers and a 24-Channel Otari MX-80 Tape machine.

Studio B is ideal for overdubs, voiceovers, ADR, and Books on tape. With ISDN and Source Connect capability. Features include D Command, Protools HDX, Telos Zephyr, ADL, Avalon, DBX, Dangerous Monitor ST and Quested VS-2108 monitors, and 5.1 mixing.
