Aubrey Aura is a recording artist, songwriter, topliner and multi-instrumentalist in Los Angeles, CA. Her formally trained voice boasts a four-and-a-half octave range, complete with unique textures, colors and tones across four languages. In addition to voice, she has formal training on piano, guitar and ukulele.
In 2015, Aubrey’s voice was featured on the MTV series Joan Knows Best and the Netflix original series Cable Girls.
Aubrey’s success and recognition lead her to performing at the 2014 Tuscia Opera Festival in Viterbo, Italy. Also in 2014, her voice was featured for an international Boca Grande commercial after successful 2013 campaigns for Orange S.A. and Scottish Leader Whisky.
Originally from Dallas, Aubrey earned her stripes at open mic nights, coffee shops, singer-songwriter events and weddings. During this time, she also landed a weekly residency at Dallas/Fort Worth‘s El Wine Chateau.
Currently, Aubrey is cataloging, toplining, featuring and ghostwriting across the greater Los Angeles area. She also teaches voice, music theory, guitar and ukulele. Aubrey’s ear gravitates towards to sound of Neve consoles and she has an eye on production & engineering in the future.
