Whether you need solo/background vocals or just lyrics, I can help!
After four years of studying vocal performance in college, I moved to Los Angeles to chase the dream of singing. I have worked on a few projects, and recently released a song on Spotify (if you're looking for a vocal reference).
I also assist in writing lyrics and creating melodies/harmonies for songs. If you are stuck, I would love to help you find where your song can go.

Interview with Camille Gagnon-Fors
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Eryn Allen Kane. She brought back life to music for me when music and I weren't getting along. She is an amazing musician, and to be able to work with her would be a dream come true.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Writing lyrics. I have had about two dozen notebooks that are filled with lyrics.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Passionate lyrics and a unique voice.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: For lyrics, I listen to the music then write lyrics I feel fit. I go over those lyrics, either for myself or with others to see if the lyrics are wanted. From there, I edit until everything feels right. If you need vocals, please send a reference that I can work off from. On the other hand, if you don't know where to start with vocals, I can also send references for you to pick and choose from.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I share a studio with a sound engineer who kindly shares their equipment. There is a lot of gear to work with, so if you need a specific sound, chances are that can be arranged.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What is the goal? How are you planning on creating tracks? What samples of your work do you have available to listen to?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Have your vision as clear as you can, and be open to input.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Usually pop/R&B, but I love singing a wide variety of music.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Eryn Allen Kane and Kimbra are some of my favorite musicians. They created amazing music, and their performances pull you in. They are fantastic!
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I worked on an EP for my college a cappella group, and being able to arrange a song and solo on another was an incredible experience. I put my heart and soul into the EP and was so happy with the result.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am currently working on some covers and my own originals.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Scotty Desmarais and Jimmy Keeley. I have listened to their work and know they put their time into what they do.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The ability to work in a field where you can just free yourself in the moment.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path is a performing singer. I have been performing since kindergarten and have no plans on stopping.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Be prepared and don't be afraid to try something a little different when recording.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do vocal harmonies as well as singing solos.
