Endorse MouseQuakeSuper cool guy great family man. Very companionable about is work. Not only educate you about music but life itself and how to treat others in the business and in this world. - Moe Beats CBG MUZIK
This man knows sound and how to make it work in any setting. I'm constantly getting compliments on how tight and clear the mixes are on my songs, even when I'm at a large venue playing on loud speakers. He's very professional and delivers on time. Not to mention, this dude hears just about every artist in Texas, he still knows how to make your mix sound unique and add the extra "Mouse Sauce" need to make it radio ready. I give him all the stars! All of 'em!
I thoroughly enjoyed my session with Quake! Came in with my material, and he helped me turn it into a master piece. Great energy, great vibes! Definitely would recommend his services. Being a new artist, and new to the studio, he was super patient and comforting to the process, and gave me some vital gems about the industry! -Much respect
Mousequake is the best engineer I have worked with, he cane through on the clutch and made a track I needed sound better and have that knock. I would def recommend him to ANYONE just starting or anyone signed to a major, I will be using him for his services again!
My artist, D’va D, has worked on a few projects with Mouse and each have been superb quality. I love the fact that he educated her on some things as a young artist, and now I see so much growth in her recording etiquette. Great guy, loves what he does, and you know it. -LaShon
Whenever I can use MouseQuake I do. It’s always an experience. You leave with with a smile on your face. He works hard and that’s all I ask for.
As an artist and upcoming engineer myself, I've learned a lot from this guy. He's very honest and have not steered me wrong in my journey. He knows the importance of a mix and capturing the vibe of the song he is mixing / mastering. He is only one of the few engineers I suggest when you need the job done and done RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!
If you are looking for a yes man then turn away... What you get from MouseQuake is an authentic insight from a professionally trained ear which is hard to come by in this industry. Some engineers just do what is expected of them but MouseQuake uses his knowledge as a long time music fan and trained musician as well as his experience as an engineer to really bring out the best sound from the recording. Very versatile in his range. Mouse can go from World music to Hip-hop, R&B to Funk/Soul, Classic to Country/ Blues. That's the type of ear and insight you want engineering your music.
Mousequake is the consummate professional. Excellent communication throughout every step of the mix process. Always makes the most cogent musical decision. As a trusted engineer for other artists, Mousequake is the only other engineer I'll ever let touch my stuff. I've never been let down with a MQ mix.
Easy. Mousequake gets to done. Always a professional. Always the sound you want. So much knowledge and skill. Easy bet!
The ultimate goal is to present the best sounding music to your audience. MouseQuake's insight, technical skill, and most importantly feel for music is unmatched. You can find anyone who has the tools and know-how to do the job, but with MouseQuake you get the personal feel that helps your music translate beyond belief.
This brother is the best engineer I have had the pleasure of working with. It felt like we were brothers when we met for the first time. His positive energy is transferred to the tracks that he masters.
The one & only Mousequake, I found out about him through word of mouth, got in contact with him and the rest is history. Very professional and Trustworthy, if you’re looking for that industry sound he is the go to guy.
MOUSEQUAKE is a beast at productions and engineering! I’ve been working with him for a while now for various projects from film to justice releases and he always delivers! AD from Chosen Musicians highly recommend MOUSEQUAKE!
As a producer one of the main issues we run into with working with engineers is they often ruin the drums. It's because of this I normally "sit" with an engineer to ensure that my personal EQ and compression doesn't get tampered with. However, I was in a squeeze for time and I wasn't able to sit with him but I trusted that he'd keep the drums smackin. Not only did he improve the overall vocal mix but the drums sounded better than my original drum mix. He understands the importance of sonic fullness and dynamics better than any engineer I've worked with. I highly recommend his services.
Currently working on my third project with MouseQuake... great mixing and mastering. Everything sounds sonically correct. Good production. Very professional and punctual to deadlines.
I worked with MouseQuake on my last project HH4 and he was very professional and will help you bring your music to life! He will treat you music as if it's his own and even give you pointers on how to make your sound better. I will be workinh with him again very soon.

A: Rakim Al Jabbaar (and a few things I have signed NDA's for )
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The ability to take a song and breathe new life into it, then watching the client give you that "Kool-Aid" smile of joy when you present it to them. That is the beauty of being a creative...
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: "Who have your worked with" - "Do you have references" and "How long does it usually take to mix a song". AND "How much do you charge"
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Aurel Baker
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That mixing a song is an easy task, and that it doesn't require a great deal of time and care...
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: "This Could Be Love" - by Debonair McNair. It took us 2 years to get all of the live players recorded and we crafted the album to feel like nostalgic RnB.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both - I love the feel of analog and the ease of digital
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: That I will always do my best regardless of the circumstances. My Word Is My Reputation, and I Stand On It!!!
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
