Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am currently working on a Filmscore that I am composing. And I am mixing different clients' songs.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I would choose both. But if I have the luxury I will learn Analog. To me analog gear has the warmth that digital gets it close and that's a good thing. I like to turn knobs.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Not at the moment as I haven't worked with someone here in Soundbetter.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The journey and the end of a mix. I love the reward of a good sounding mix knowing that it is one step closer to being radio-ready.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mixing is my usual line of work. I usually get good feedback on my mixes.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I'm proud of Mixing Day Hides Night by Christopher Lee Davis because of the fact that it was a joy to mix and I was able to make the song closer to radio ready before it reaches the mastering stage
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Mixing music is not a job.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I make a song radio-ready in the mixing process.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise to you is to make your song radio-ready.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: They ask me if I could work on their music. I answer them with a question as usual "What kind of sound are you looking for?"

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Dynamics is more important than Loudness.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My computer or in this case laptop and My GS1000 headphones for mixing.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been doing this for a year now and I plan to do this for the rest of my life and be great at it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Rock, Country, Soundtrack and Acoustic etc.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is mixing anything that has an acoustic guitar on it.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use FL Studio 20 for my clients project, My Computer for the mixing work, Grado GS 1000 for my monitors, And Various Analog Plugin Emulators.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Balance is the key to the greatest mix. Getting a great balance for your song will always produce the greatest results.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is efficiency. My goal is to get a radiio ready sound in as little time as possible.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I like working with different artists because of the various music that you can work on. It challenges me which therefore adds value to my craft.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Top-Down Mixing to get satisfactory results in as little time as possible.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Chris Lord-Alge. He inspires me to be the best mix engineer out there. =)

For the electric guitar I used 1176 LN , for the vocals I used the LA-2A , for the Acoustic Guitar I used the LA-3A, for the bass I used the LA-3A and finally I used the SSL G Master Buss Compressor for the "Glue" of the entire mix.
