If its mixing, mastering, editing, programming, or vocal pitch correction you need, I can help you for a fraction of the cost of big time studios. I like helping independent artists find their sound and was lucky enough to help Texas based Metal band Light The Fire get signed to Standby Records with the work I did on their "Lost At Sea" album.

I offer mastering for $30 a song and mixing/mastering for $75 a song. This also includes me taking care of any notes you have after receiving your tracks. My main goal as an engineer is to help you bring your vision to life and give you a product that you can be proud of.

I'm a seasoned studio engineer with an Associate's Degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail, close to a decade of professional experience, and have worked on multiple national records. I'm offering an inexpensive alternative to overpriced studio work.

I specialize in Metal, Rock, and Pop Punk but I have worked with many other genres as well. All genres are welcome.

Jeremy Produced, Mixed & Mastered my 5 track EP, Sure As Gold. He was super professional and I was very happy with the final product! We put in a few very long days, so his work ethic matched and exceeded my own. He was always quick to reply to my feedback, and he made going through mastering process very easy. Whatever your project is, I’m sure that he will get you everything you’re looking for! I definitely recommend Jeremy, And I would re-hire for sure. Check out Sure As Gold on Spotify for proof!!!

I have released two albums now working with Jeremy. The first album (Wake the Dead) I had a very specific vision in what I wanted with the album. It took me over 2 years to finish writing and recording, and I wanted it to be perfect. My crew built a portable recording studio to record in haunted and paranormal locations, so some of the audio had little flaws in it (I blame the ghosts.) I had high hopes and low expectations for Wake the Dead. I was so happy with the way that Jeremy brought my vision to life, and songs from that album are now being played on stations across the country.

Interview with Jeremy Stimpert

  1. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  2. A: I work with a lot of Metal, Rock, and Pop Punk bands, although I have worked with many Hip Hop artists, as well as Country and Folk. I myself like to take popular theme songs/video game music and make metal covers out of them. I do this by programming midi for all of the instruments (guitars, bass, drums) with some amazing virtual instruments I own. These can all be found on my SoundCloud page.

  3. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  4. A: Morning in May's latest EP. They only sent me guitar tracks, vocal tracks, and a few midi files and over the course of several weeks going back and forth, we were able to create an awesome full sounding record that sounds like they spent weeks in the studio.

  5. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  6. A: After graduating from Full Sail in 2007, I played in a few bands before realizing that being in the studio was where I belonged and not on the road. I started interning in a Cleveland based studio in 2009 before being hired on as a full time engineer and working with independent artists (mostly rock and metal bands) from all across the country.

  7. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  8. A: Learn when to step away from a project and come back to it with fresh ears.
