Milos is a great and talented dude! Very responsive and quick to the point, I highly recommend him to anyone
I've used him for several projects in the past and he has always been absolutely amazing! Really great attention to detail, fantastic communication, and best thing about it was a perfectly tuned vocal that sounded totally natural. I'd have no problems recommending Milos for any audio job you have. A real pro
Interview with Milosh
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I'm very proud of my work with German artist D47. I was mixing and mastering engineer so far on 6 of his songs. There is also amazing pop/soul American artist Sofie Clark and I was mixing and mastering engineer on 3 of her songs. Projects for these 2 artists are my favorite and I'm more than proud that I had a chance to work with them.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: They usually ask about the price of their project. My answer is always different as many factors define price. Song length, number of tracks, additional required work ( editing, time trimming, vocal tune, etc ). It's quite simple, more jobs - bigger price.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be sure that the engineer will build his soul, heart, and love in your song. Why? Because if someone doesn't love this job with whole his being - you could be disappointed at the end.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Before all I love to talk with my client about all the details, to hear his wishes, meet him with possibilities, and give free advice so that in the end we will both be more than happy and satisfied with the song. When "mix time" comes I usually listen to it a couple of times song and I make a "static" mix so I can roughly see in which direction the song will go after that I typically start to work on bass guitar and kick
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Bruno Mars, Sam Smith, Adele, Sting, Dan + Shay, etc
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mix recordings and also master already mixed songs and get them ready for commercial use. The vocal tune is also part of my job
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: No
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: As long as sound is amazing, it doesn't matter.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to my clients that I will give "life" to their song
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Working on music, seeing how good recordings and great arrangements are slowly turning into AMAZING songs.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Biggest misconception is that this job is "not a big deal" and that it's something that everyone can do
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: How they imagined their song? Is there any mix out there that they like and that they want to sound similar to?
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: PC, basic sound card, MIC, headphones and piano
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Im working as audio engineer 7 years so far
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Unique
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I'd like to work with Luke Bryan ( country singer ).
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always mix in mono
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, R'n'B, country, hip-hop, rock, pop-rock
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: A life, emotions, feelings
