Hi, ,I have been playing guitar around 30 years, some professionally some simply having fun and experimenting.,Some supportive roles and collaborations I cherish include recording for Corner Shop, playing live with the wonderful Doug Hream Blunt from San Francisco (luaka Bop), making the experimental album Tomanno with extraordinary drummer Thomas White, playing the BBC's Jazz Britannia in 2005, leading at Ronnie Scotts Brit jazz festival in 2011, recording with Italian based collective Q-Bizm (Ray recordings). Ongoing work includes guitar for Iranian singer/percussionist Somaye Zadeh.,,I have done a fair bit of function/cover work, not a ton, have played most of London's venues at some point with one outfit or another...pop, jazz and more, but not enough outside London or England, and stylistically delved deep into funk, modal jazz, blues and have a lot of time for Indian music, and a good deal of music from around the globe.,,My strength as a supportive or band player is in coming up with parts that ...
