Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm working as producer for "Les Barbeaux" (french pop band) next album
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both ! Analog for recording and summing and digital for automation and plugins
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love music so help musicians to get the right song is on of the best job in the world !
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Usually I ask about 3 references artist who like my client, this help me to understand I what direction I have to lead the mix/mastering
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: 2 speakers, 1 laptop, 1 ilok, 1 mic !
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've start with working 12y ago in Live tour as assistant, then PA tech and live mixer. I've also create my studio 5y ago and still work both in Live and Studio
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Listening to the clients needs.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use a mac computer with Protools HD11, a lot of plugins like oxford, mcdsp, soundtoys, flux etc.. I have NHT Pro monitor system and SSL converters
