Mixer and Producer

Songwriter and producer Lloyd refuses to be put in a box. Signed to Raggamuffin for a couple of years, Lloyd has been perfecting his craft, mastering lots of different genres and making it hard to slot him into one overly neat category – he just unashamedly loves classic songs and wants to emulate their success – From Tears For Fears to the Spice Girls and from Abba to Prince.
Inspired by watching Live Aid with his Dad, he spent his formative years going to gigs. Watching people like Prince perform their magic on stage made him ache to get into music himself. He made it by first lugging other people’s equipment around as a roadie, but more recently he’s become known for his own song-writing.
He co wrote Weapon on Mabel Ivy to Roses.
He co-wrote and produced Nyomi Gray’s ‘Obsession’, premiered on DJ Target’s BBC 1xtra Homegrown show, he’s also responsible for writing Kelly Pepper’s big Kiss supported track ‘Koh Samui’ (Ministry of Sound), has produced for Phi Nix (‘All That She Wants’and ‘We Don’t Care’) and now has an impressive list of other credits including Shola Ama, Craig David, JC Chasez, M.O and Reggie & Bollie – just to name a few!
