2019 saw Tim record and mix Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott’s Number 1 album ‘Manchester Calling’ alongside producer John Williams.
Multi-instrumentalist, Producer and co-founder of Manchester’s iconic Blueprint Studios, Tim Thomas cut his teeth as an assistant engineer on sessions for Gorillaz, Snoop Dogg, Smokey Robinson, Duran Duran, Justin Timberlake, Guy Garvey and Jessie J before quickly moving up to engineer for legendary producers including John Leckie, Ryan Tedder and Kuk Harrell.
He has since received production, mixing, recording and performance credits for One Direction, Jesca Hoop, Everything Everything, The Fall, Durutti Column, Stephen Fretwell, Blair Dunlop and Edward II as well as keeping a passionate interest and heavy involvement in new music in his home city.
