What are your mixing and mastering rates

I have a couple of single projects that I'm tryna seek professional mixing. The DAW I use is PreSonus Studio One Professional

I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. . I don't need the song mastered. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
