Toxic Jazz Instrumental arrangement

I need instrumental to be created for a show. Cant find instrumentals online and dont have available musicians nearby. The style and guidelines are provided. Length is about 2min. Dont have professional music background, therefore providing version that inspired my set and is guideline of my vocal performance. Instruments: drums, piano, cello, bass, trumpet.
