Songwriting

I have so many half written songs, but I want help finishing some. I write some amazing hooks but the songwriting part keeps stumbling me. I need your help asap.

Additional info:
I need a song written from scratch - lyrics, music, and vocal melody. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. . I need the vocals tuned as well.
