Song/Beat Mixed

Hi, I am Cole and I just recently graduated high school. I have been making beats for about a year. I have a beat and song that I would like to get mixed. I am very new to music networking and do not have a large budget. I am also just trying to find a place to start so any advice or knowledge that could be helpful is very much appreciated. Attached is a beat of mine.

I don't need the song mastered. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. Check out the song I attached. The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. The tracks are cleaned, tuned, and and the song is ready to be mixed.
