Producer needed. Instrumental. Mixing and Mastering.

I need an Instrumental finished. I have a very strong outline of the piece almost finished however there are some issues I need fixing as well as mixing and mastering. Once the instrumental is complete I would also need for Vocals to be mixed as well. 50% to finish the instrumental 50% to complete the song.
