Need vocal stems to be edited (pitch and timing) for 1 song

Hi, I need a producer (preferably with a passion for electronic and trip hop) to please help me edit some vocal stems regarding pitch and timing. I've already sourced a mix and master engineer who doesn't provide this service. Deadline is preferably 30 July. Think Goldfrapp, Portishead, Massive Attack.

Additional info:
The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'm going to hire a different mastering engineer. Check out the song I attached. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I need it by 30 July, 2018.
