need vocal for a track

i need male vocal and i need you to write the words (ofc) one of the important things is to have a good hook like in KREAM track im sending something here to make you feel me;)

I don't have a hard deadline for this. I don't need the song mastered. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I need just the hook or chorus recorded. I need the vocals tuned as well.
