Need This Song Mixed And Mastered

So the track isnt complete i need help and was wondering if you offer services like that i need some more sounds going and im stuck for ideas plus my sound design skill arent that good. effects added on the synths like reverb and delay would be ideal the track is around 30 tracks so far also need help with song structure i hope you can help i like the track and would love to hear it complete. Il send a demo of the track and would like feedback if possible

Additional info:
The song has somewhere between 30 and 50 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm interested in working with a very experienced mixer. I don't have a hard deadline for this. Check out the song I attached.
