Need one song mixed and mastered

I have a rock song with 16 recorded tracks. I need this mixed and mastered and ready for spotify.

Additional info:
I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. .
