Need music arranger for 3 song reggae style

Looking for reggae producer to arrange the music, mix $ master

Additional info:
I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I'll need you to master it too if possible. Check out the song I attached. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
