Need mixing & Mastering of a track, need to know what the cost is. The Genre is Afro Pop

Additional info:
The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I don't have a hard deadline for this. . I'll need you to master it too if possible. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget.
