need lyrics for beat

I was wondering if you could write lyrics for this quick beat. How much do you charge for songwriting a song ? i like rapping pretty fast it doesn't have to be necessarily on beat but a rapper who doesn't have to rap on tempo of the song. Rittz the rapper is a good example of a good artist who doesn't rap slow! Thanks, Jasmine
