Need horns arranged and recorded. NYC or Philly preferred, but not required.

Im looking for some horns for a pop/dance track. Looking for someone who really knows there stuff and can come up with some simple parts that compliment the track without being too much. Im not looking for big over the top parts, just subtle and simple bits, that don't get in the way. I need the arrangement done, and the parts recorded. Please quote me an "all-in" price for well recorded and delivered WAV files. It would be awesome if you were in NY or Philly so I could attend the session, but if you work remotely that's cool to.
