Need help writing lyrics for a small album

I dont have any music recorded. I need help writing lyrics for songs about my life experience. Its just that i need somone to help get inspo. Have someone who knows the better side of writing lyrics than me. I have no deadlines or anything. Just a plan . I will give you full credit if song is ever released. The vocals will only be used for demo purposes. Not for release.. . I'm not sure yet if I'd prefer ‘work for hire' or am open to sharing publishing. Can you quote for both situations please?. I'm an indie artist. I need a song written from scratch - lyrics, music, and vocal melody.
