Need help with melody of a song

I have the best all ready and a few word written but I’m struggling with a full melody of the song

I have the music and now need lyrics and vocal melody written. I don't need the song mastered. Check out the song I attached. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this. The tracks are cleaned, tuned, and and the song is ready to be mixed.
