Need help developing my project

I started a new audiovisual project with my wife a couple months ago, and We've recorded some demos already but they just don't sound good enough. Basically what we need is help taking our ideas to the next level. Our influences are very wide: Genres like Trip-Hop, Jazz, Funk, Blues, Electronic, Psychedelic Rock, Reggae and Afro-Beat just to name a few... Check out the song I attached. I'm interested in working with a very experienced mixer. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'm going to hire a different mastering engineer. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing.
