Need an ear for a track

We have a finished demo that needs production. The track has drums, bass & guitar. It's just not popping the way we thought it would. I can send stems so that each track can be produced & replaced underneath the vocals. If you have ideas we'd love to hear them!

The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing.
