Need a producer for making my first track

Ive been on a lot of projects and I'm a good freestyle storyteller - but I've never been able to focus enough to complete a full track, can you help?

Additional info:
I need it by 1 August, 2021. I'll need you to master it too if possible. . I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the vocals tuned as well.
