Need a producer

I am a singer and wrighter also a rapper I need my songs to be produced or a producer to work with

I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. The song is fully recorded. I just need mixing and mastering.. Check out what I attached. I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. I'm an independent artist not affiliated with a record label. I will be recording vocals on my own. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. I'm looking for someone to record some additional sound effects, short drum loops, or other production elements. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
