Need a producer

I am a singer and wrighter also a rapper I need my songs to be produced or a producer to work with

I'm hoping to find a good producer that'll work with my limited budget. The song is fully recorded. I just need mixing and mastering.. Check out what I attached. I will be recording vocals on my own. I'd like you to also mix and master if possible. I'm an independent artist not affiliated with a record label. The lyrics and vocal melody are already written. I'm looking for someone to record some additional sound effects, short drum loops, or other production elements. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
