Need a beat made and a song mastered

I have lyrics for a great song, which i am going to record to a beat i found on youtube. If I send you the song with no beat could you make a couple beats to choose from? I would also like the song to be mastered made ready for release. I expect the track to become pretty famous,. How much would you do this for?

I need mixing and mastering. I don't have a hard deadline for this. . I want a beat made. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that.
