Need 2 TopLine Hip hop, rnb

Hello, we work with french Artist (genre like Partynextdoor,Nav,The weeknd) We need 2 topline for create 2 singles before the project.

Additional info:
The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'm going to hire a different mastering engineer. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
