Mixing, mastering

I have a single song I’d like to start with to see how well it works. I’ve been trying to mix and master myself for months now but don’t feel I’m ever release ready. I have a big vision. My music has a very different, sometimes difficult vibe and flow to it but is very bass heavy. Influenced by: of the trees, Charles the first, hydraulic, sumthin sumthin, esseks, Dmvu. I like trap heavy bass and percussion with a lo fo influence and intense buildups.

Additional info:
I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm looking to master one song. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. Check out the song I attached.
