Mixing and mastering RNB audio

My voice is terrible and i need someone to make it sound dreamy like its for an RNB hip hop feel song please let me know if you can help

Additional info:
The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm interested in working with a very experienced mixer.
