mixing and mastering of a home recorded song

the only thing I recorded was voice the rest is midi in a latin song in spanish We would just need help with sound and volume, it would be for april and I can finish and send it by next week, its inspired in otro trago a latin song.

Additional info:
I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. . I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I need it by 1 April, 2020. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing.
