Mixing and mastering needed for 1 song

Looking for both mixing and mastering for a song called 'Isolation' - super simple with 2-4 tracks (including the instrumental). The instrumental is polished - it's a royalty free professionally done song which I wrote lyrics to and sang a melody over. Length of song is 1:45. Style is 'beautiful and haunting', synth pop genre - think Ruelle / Fleurie. ...sooo reverb is good. :) Looking forward to your proposals. Thank you!

The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I need the vocals tuned as well. I don't have a hard deadline for this.
