Master a song

My project dubed contagious is an accoustic African style guitar style no voice. I already have recorded a loop and want it to be mastered.

Check out the song I attached. I don't have a hard deadline for this. I'm looking to master one song. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that.
