lyrics/vocal

I am looking around to find someone to write lyrics/vocal for my track in order to finish it. its House and looking for something that sounds like Kah-lo, Azealia banks or Charlie XCX (song: Focus) this is what I have in mind but if you have any suggestions im open as well.

Additional info:
I need just the hook or chorus recorded. The vocals will be used in a commercial release. I'm not sure yet if I'd prefer ‘work for hire' or am open to sharing publishing. Can you quote for both situations please?. Check out what I uploaded. I'm an independent artist not affiliated with a record label.
