Looking to mix an 8 track album in dolby atmos

The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. The tracks are cleaned, tuned, and and the song is ready to be mixed. I don't need the song mastered. I represent an artist. I need it by 3 April, 2022. .
