looking for the rite engineer to put creativity and heart in mixing my entire album

Very commercial sounding Christian Hip -Hop album. I'm not looking for a good sound, the sound must be on point! Attention to details is a must! Plus it'll be allot of fun, I Don't want to solely dictate the sound just the quality (I have big plans for this album). I want your creativity!
