Looking for mixing and mastering regularly from and EDM specialist

Currently I have 5 tracks that need to be mixed and mastered and will need about 1 track done every 2 weeks after the initial 5. I would like to work out a deal and have no problem paying upfront for whatever we work out. I am looking to spend approximately $1000-$1500 for 5 tracks to be mixed and mastered.
