Working with EDO again was a fantastic experience. He's a truly talented artist who presented me with yet another great song to record vocals for - and he made my job a breeze! I hope to collaborate again in the future : )

Interview with E.D.O. Music Productions

  1. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  2. A: I still don't know. I think people must remember that when I give them the final product, they still have to process it with professional mixing and mastering engineers to have a product that can be broadcasted by radios.

  3. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  4. A: What do you own to make me have an idea about the song you want to create?

  5. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  6. A: Don't be stingy investing money on this 3 little steps: PRODUCING, MIXING and MASTERING. The quality of the final product is proportionate to the quality of the people who work on it.

  7. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  8. A: 1) Arrange a song: you come with a music idea (chords, top line), I provide to make it a demo, with professional virtual instruments. 2) Add a track to your song: if your song needs a specific sound, like synths, brass, strings or anything else, I charge myself to put it in your demo and mix it correctly. 3) Arrange a line: I'm able to arrange a single line based on any instrument.

  9. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  10. A: Listen to my works. What you ear is what I can do.

  11. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  12. A: Both. But I mostly use digital.

  18. A: I really don't know. Maybe a guitar.
