Francesco Donadello is a sound engineer specialized in recording/mixing/mastering. His recent clients are Johann Johannsson, Modeselektor & Tom Yorke, Efterklang, A winged Victory for the Sullen, Dustin O'Halloran, Moderat, and many others. He has a tremendous musical and technical background, which help him to move easily through different styles.
He works mostly in Vox-Ton, his beloved recording/mixing studio, and Calyx Mastering, where he do mastering and vinyl cut. He likes to works on film soundtracks, electronic and experimental music and mainstream production as well. the creativity and the respect for the artist vision are at the center of his way of mixing a track.
During the last year he collaborated with in Rick Rubin, Hildur Gudnadottir, Ludovico Einaudi, Johann Johannsson, Katy Perry, David Sylvian, Hauschka, Ben Frost, Liima, and almost all the artist from Erased Tapes Records, including Nils Frahm, Kiasmos, Douglas Dare and many others.
