I need to record a song and have it mixed

I have a song I wrote...I need the right voice effect (delay, auto tune, etc) and I need it mixed afterwards

Additional info:
The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I need the vocals tuned as well. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I don't have a hard deadline for this. .
