I need song mixing-mastering (hip hop rap sound)

11 instrumental tracks + 1 or 2 / still not recorded / voice tracks in filtered and very compressed hip hop rap sound.

Additional info:
I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. The song has somewhere between 10 and 30 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I don't have a hard deadline for this. .
