I need one song mixed and mastered

I have a homemade studio recorded song that needs to be mastered and needs more mixing. Thanks

Additional info:
I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'll need you to master it too if possible. I'm hoping to find a good mixer that can work with my limited budget. I need it by 22 January, 2020. Check out the song I attached.
