I need help making my first single!

I have had this melody stuck in my head since I was 14 but I am not able to fill in lyrics, but I know exactly what I want the song to sound like I just need someone to help me bring out my vision, I want to record it before May 20th this year!

Additional info:
I've written melody, but need help writing lyrics. I need the mixer to do some editing, time aligning and vocal tuning before mixing. The song has less than 10 tracks recorded that need mixing. I'm going to hire a different mastering engineer. I'm looking to hire a top pro who's worked on hit songs, and have the budget for that. I need it by 15 April, 2021. .
